The fire truck FT-40 (43118)-235.05 is designed for delivering the fire-fighting crew, fire-extinguishing facilities, fire-technical and emergency rescue equipment to the place of fire in the conditions of lack of roads, extinguishing of fires by water from the tank, open basin or other reservoir through : monitor or hand barrels, extinguishing of fires by air-mechanical foam using foam agent from foam tank or other reservoir through : monitor and (or) hand foam generator, emergency-rescue operation. The vehicle is designed for exploitation in districts with a mild temperature climate (design Y, УХЛ) at the temperature of surrounding air from 238K to 313K (from – 35 C to +40 С), 1st category of placing for State standard 15150-69.
