⚙️ In today’s world, young people are mostly looking for non-productive occupations. For some reason, the idea of making something with your own hands, working in industry, developing your region and your country, is not very popular in our country. And in vain!
⚙️ Manufacturing 👩🔧👨🔧 professions can be interesting and well paid. Promising and smart young people should not go abroad in search of a better fate, they can work in their country.
⚙️ 22-year-old Yuriy Trokhimenko works as a milling machine in the mechanical shop, the “heart” of our production. He came to us at a young age – a 19-year-old boy. He had no special work experience, but he had the main thing – the desire to work and study. Initially, he was a tester for the tightness of pumps and their housings.
⚙️ After completing the service, he returned to the Company and was offered to learn a new profession – milling. “I graduated from Pryluky Agrotechnical College 🏫 and came to work for the Company in September 2017. At first I tested pumps, and after the army I was offered to try to work as a milling machine. Although I had never worked on a machine before, I wanted to try.
⚙️ And I succeeded! Senior milling workers, master helped to study. At first these were simple tasks, then they became more and more difficult. Now I can confidently process quite complex products ⚙🔩 and at the same time I am learning to work on a gear milling machine. I really like the production! It’s interesting to work and a team that will prompt and help, suddenly something. ”
⚙️ That’s how she is 🚒 young people – gifted, smart and responsible.
