Quality is a crucial area that the Company has chosen strategically in 2021.
Today, the Company held a meeting on quality issues with the participation of General Director Oleg Averyanov and heads of departments. The meeting was attended by designers, shop supervisors, employees of the department of technical control, marketing, service.
Particular attention was paid to the discussion of quality problems identified during the visits of the Company’s service department and #research_tour on the state fire departments of Ukraine.
Analyzed the issues and identified ways to address them as a matter of priority. They also set clear deadlines – within 1 week to eliminate the causes that affect the quality of products and ensure clear technical control of each unit of equipment.
Meetings of this level and format will now take place at the Company on a monthly basis.
Our goal is the highest level of equipment quality!
