Representatives of the Company took an active part in the annual business forum held by Chernihiv National Technological University. This event is mainly aimed at establishing effective cooperation between business, the state, as well as the field of education and science.
This year it was held on May 13-14, entitled “EDUCATION – BUSINESS: A SUCCESSFUL PERSPECTIVE”. On the first day, a series of trainings was held for all interested persons and students. The second day was an exhibition of employers and partners of the university, as well as a round table on the main topic of the business forum.
We took an active part in this event – visited the training, presented our Company at the exhibition of employers and in a solemn atmosphere signed an agreement on cooperation between the Open Company PC “Pozhmashina” and Chernihiv National Technological University. This document provides for close cooperation in the field of educational and scientific activity, advanced training, practice and internship of young specialists.
During the training we also did not limit ourselves to the role of observers. Staff Director Oleg Ozerov successfully joined the topic “Modern techniques of writing resume and motivational letters.” We succeeded in communicating with students – many of them were interested in the prospect of working in our Company, at which questions were asked quite real, it was felt that young people really interested in further cooperation.
It was pleasantly surprised also by the fact that university professors were very interested in the work of our Company and noted that an enterprise with such a powerful production base and team is undoubtedly the leading position in the region.
