We attract young people to our cause

We visited Sumy State University. The purpose of the trip is clear – the involvement of young professionals in our business.
Personnel Director Oleg Ozerov and Deputy Director for Development Andriy Ilyashenko prepared a presentation for students and conducted a lecture in a constructive dialogue format.
And during the joint meeting with the Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Materials Science, we agreed on further cooperation in the direction of passing the industrial practice by the students of SSU at our company.
In all the higher educational institutions where we have visited, the most pleased is that after meeting with our specialists, many students are changing their minds about the machine building industry in the country and differently perceive the importance of their profession.
