Operating mistakes

Firefighting vehicles manufactured by our company are widely used by fire and rescue units throughout the country. As the manufacturer, we provide warranty and service support for these vehicles.

However, our service specialists often encounter problems caused by improper operation, resulting in serious breakdowns and vehicles being taken out of service. The main reason is the failure to study and follow the vehicle operating manual. This can cause problems with the fire pump, gearbox, electrical system and other equipment.

A fuse or a makeshift jumper

One service call concerned a short circuit and a melted fuse box. Our specialists inspected the vehicle and found that the failure had been caused by negligence: a failed fuse had been replaced with a makeshift wire jumper. Saving a small amount on a proper fuse caused damage whose repair cost was many times higher.

Responding to preventable failures takes time away from other service work. Please study the operating manual and use only the specified components.
