“Continuous improvement” or “change for the better” is the same as the Japanese word for Kaizen – the practice of enterprise management, which focuses on the continuous improvement of the processes of production, development, auxiliary business processes and management, as well as all aspects of the organization’s life, is translated into our language.
Kaizen has been actively operating in the Company for the past few years, and there are already tangible results in this direction – the successful system of economical production in the mechanical shop has been successfully introduced, improvement and optimization of production processes in various structural subdivisions of the enterprise are noted.
During today’s meeting, the commission considered 9 proposals, 7 of which were approved. The proposed improvements concern the production sector of the enterprise, the development of corporate culture, increase productivity, reduce losses and improve the efficiency of equipment.
We work on the smallest details, we are considering every step of production, choosing the most successful and well-informed solutions, that our equipment has been serving you for many years and has been a reliable assistant!
