Today the Company was visited by the Head of Chernihiv Regional State Administration Anna Kovalenko, Director General of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine Ruslan Illichov, Head of Pryluky District State Administration Olesya Kislenko, as well as heads of local governments and specialists of state administrations, representatives of suppliers.
The main purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the production, discuss the industry, the need for state support for engineering in Ukraine, the development of dual education in the training of skilled workers and the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation and concerted actions.
During the tour of the enterprise, the guests got acquainted with the new modern equipment that works in the Company, talked to the employees of the design department and saw the fire-fighting equipment that will now be manufactured by the enterprise.

CEO of the Company Oleg Averyanov said in an interview with the media: “We are a budget-generating company, working constantly. also gives development to related industries. In my opinion, Ukraine’s industry needs healthy state support, this is the only way to build a strong economy. ”
The final stage of the meeting was the trilateral signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation and concerted actions between PK POZHMASHYNA LLC, Chernihiv Regional State Administration and the Federation of Employers of Ukraine. The parties agreed to intensify cooperation in training skilled workers, developing the region’s infrastructure and establishing a constructive dialogue on the localization of Ukrainian production and support for domestic producers.
