The head of the Federation of Employers of Chernihiv Region, CEO of the Company Oleg Averyanov together with a delegation of top managers of the company visited the plant “Hydrosila” to exchange experiences in managing production processes.
JSC “Hydrosila GROUP” – the largest manufacturer of hydraulic power machines and components of hydraulic systems in Eastern Europe. The company specializes in the development, production and sale of gear, axial-piston and other hydraulic drives for hydraulic systems of tractors of all classes, cars, agricultural, road construction, municipal vehicles.
The event was organized with the participation of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, which contributes to the unification of industrial enterprises of Ukraine.
During the meeting, the heads of companies discussed the most pressing issues for Ukrainian production and industry, as well as exchanged experiences and experiences in the field of mechanical engineering.
The event included training lectures on production planning and “lean production”.
We have been implementing “lean production” in the Company for the last few years and we already have some experience in this direction. So they had the opportunity not only to gain new knowledge, but also to share their own.
I am convinced that such meetings promote development, fruitful cooperation, exchange of working cases and ready-made solutions for production.
