We continue to attract future young specialists to our business! This time, the staff director Oleg Ozerov and technologist engineer Roman Derkach visited the Chernigov National Technological University, where they presented a presentation of our Company to students who master the specialty “Automobile Transport and Industrial Engineering,” “Mechanical Engineering”, as well as “Welding and Automation designing of building constructions “.
Future specialists were willing to enter into a dialogue, were interested in the peculiarities of the profession and its perspectives, and also expressed their desire to visit the production facilities of the Company, in order to see with themselves the fire and special equipment for the whole of Ukraine.
Especially pleased that the presentation took place in a constructive conversation, during which discussed the most pressing issues of modern machine building and the prospects for its development, both in Ukraine as a whole, and in our Company in particular. Some students have expressed a desire to take industrial practice with us.
We are convinced that young highly skilled personnel is one of the bases of the Company’s progressive development and has successfully invested in its future, therefore, it is a great help to them and to come to the fore.
