Last week, all of you and I watched a picture of rescuers taking part in the emergency response – the unloading of a car that got stuck during the collapse of a bridge in Dnipropetrovsk region.
Videos on the work could be viewed on any resource. What does it prove? That rescuers are courageous and fearless is clear. But, despite the fact that they lack specialized equipment, such as, for example, CAPM for this type of operation.
How expedient was it to use the AC for work on the bridge, which collapsed under the load and had restrictions on the movement of vehicles weighing more than 10 tons?
In our opinion, it is completely impractical. And what do you think?
