Supporting the youth of working professions is urgently needed. In recent years, it has not become too prestigious to work as a locksmith or, say, a carpenter. This created a certain “staff hunger”, which is now experienced by most of the manufacturing enterprises in our country.
We at the Company are well aware that it is necessary to prepare a young shift for working professionals right now.
Recently, the Director of Personnel Oleg Ozerov visited the Pryluky Professional Lyceum, where with the participation of the Lyceum Director Anatoliy Doroshenko talked with future locksmiths in mechanical assembly works. It is a group in which the training is conducted in a dual form, which provides 30% of theoretical material and 70% of practical – directly in the enterprise. Communication with future experts was in the form of dialogue and, importantly, constructive! It’s nice to know that young people are interested in their future profession. Interest is the first step to knowing.
According to the agreement on cooperation with the Pryluky Professional Lyceum since January, these young men will begin practical tasks in our company.
