Business planning is the basis for the sustainable development of each enterprise. It enables you to optimize performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and focus on market needs in a timely manner. That is why the top management of the Company gathered for another strategic session this weekend.
This time the main issues to be discussed were the implementation of the ERP system in industrial operation and standardization of the process of manufacturing agricultural machinery, which the company produces for its partner company “Egritech”.
After an intensive two-day work, key business processes were modeled and, based on them, critical goals for each direction of the Company’s work that would allow to accomplish the tasks set. It also identifies indicators that will be constantly monitored to allow us to track the extent to which we have achieved our goals and to identify areas of work that need greater attention.
