The fire ladder truck is designed for:

transporting personnel and necessary fire-fighting and rescue equipment to the site of rescue operations, emergency recovery works, and fire suppression;
evacuating people from heights using a rescue cage (basket) equipped with a remote control panel;
discharging extinguishing agents from the top of the ladder via a telescopic waterway running under the ladder sections and a monitor (nozzle);
acting as a crane with a lifting capacity of up to 2 tons when the ladder is fully retracted, among other functions.
