We held a general meeting of the Company’s labor collective.
Oleg Averyanov, CEO of Pozhmashina, summarized the achievements of the company in the recent period. Particular attention was paid to the volumes of manufactured and sold products, the stages of re-equipment of production, the introduction of innovative technologies for the manufacture of machinery and the development of new samples.
As for the development of the social sphere of the Company, the Company emphasized the improvement of the Company’s employees and their children on the Black Sea coast, an increase in the average salary of the company, the repair of industrial and office premises and the arrangement of a hostel for workers from other regions.
A separate unit of discussion was the activities aimed at improving the infrastructure of the village Ladan, which directly located production facilities of the enterprise – repair of the roof of the local culture house, kindergartens, hospitals.
