Recently, Acting HR Director Olena Shinkarenko and Chief Technologist Artem Yermolenko visited the Kremenchug City District Employment Center 🔰, where they talked to the center’s specialists, as well as the unemployed who have the appropriate level of education, experience and are interested in finding a job in mechanical engineering.
During the presentation, job seekers actively talked to the chief technologist, asked about the responsibilities of the technologist’s staff and what programs they need to be able to work with.
The social package that the Company provides to its employees, working conditions and the level of wages became a strong argument for the participants of the meeting to continue cooperation.
Interested specialists exchanged contacts to be able to visit the company and get better acquainted with the production facilities and staff.
